How to Take Kratom Powder

Firstly, kratom powder dosaging is done by grams.  This is important because it is much more accurate to measure kratom by weight (e.g. grams) rather than by volume (e.g. 1/2 tsp.) for severeal reasons.

One reason is because each type of kratom (red kratom vs white kratom vs green kratom) has a different density to it. 

Another reason you should always actually MEASURE your kratom powder dosage on a scale is becayse if you just use a spoon, for example. inevitably, each time you scoop into your bag for a dose of kratom, the spoon itself will be filled to different "heights" if you will.  In other words, one time you scoop a kratom powder dosage, it may be a heaping spoonful, yet the next time you scoop your dose, it will be more of a flat spoonful.
